Alexander is in love with Hephaiston, and have no interest of getting married. Then the war continues with the Persian empire.

Comments: Rumours have it that in the DVD release in USA they have omitted the gay themes. But the Swedish release for example is identical to the one shown in the cinema.

Comments: Emma Thompson and Meryl Streep are only two of the reasons to see this film. A marvellous portrayal by Al Pacino. The screenplay is written by Tony Kushner, and is based on the 1980's play with the same name, one of the first plays who dealt with AIDS in US.
